Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and professional environment:
- No extra guests are allowed
- Seating is reserved for clients with appointments only
- Guests may wait in the car, lobby, or hallway
All common salon areas require a mask, per management.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total

No-shows result in loss of deposit

Appointments cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled

A non-refundable deposit is required at booking

Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Credit/Debit (processing fees may apply)
Late Arrivals
- 10 minutes late: $15 late fee
- 15 minutes late: Appointment is cancelled and must be rescheduled
Please arrive on time to ensure proper service completion.
Additional Charges
- Sunday or Monday appointments: +$50
- Appointments outside business hours: +$50
- Squeeze-in appointments (before or after hours): +$50
